Do not be a perfectionist
Nobody can be perfect. In the Malaysia culture, only the gods are capable of producing anything perfect. Whenever something is made, a flew is left on purpose so the gods do not feel offended. If you try to be a perfect person, be prepare for defeat. Difficult tasks usually result in avoidance and procrastination. You need to set achievable goals, but they should also be challenging. There will always be people both weaker and stronger than you. True, some things need to be closer to perfection than others are, but perfectionism, paying unnecessary attention to detail, can be a form of procastination . learn to accept reasonable, adequate work.
