THE EASTERNERS, INEFFECTIVE LEGISLATION AND CEREMONIALISM IN THE NATOINAL ASSEMBLY.

SHAME UNTO THEM WHO SHALL NOT SAY THIS IS FATHER'S LAND AND MY NATIVE HOME, AS THE SOUTH-EAST FEDERAL LEGISLATORS FAILS THE CONSTITUENTS.

the primary representative role of any member of the parliament is to represent the people who had voted them in the general election,as such they are responsible to look into the needs of their constituents and to make their concerns heard in the house.

There are challenges with the way and manners the 8th assembly south-east federal house members are chosen to represent constituencies which does not allow for the best material and candidates who will appreciate the nature of legislative responsibility and apply themselves to the arduous task of representation,at the end of the day what the constituency gets in return is an ineffective representation.

A house member who can not contribute to the discourse on critical national issues either at plenary or committee level can be considered inactive.

From my assertions there are huge difference between the two sentences,(A HOUSE MEMBER,AND A LAW MAKER).
A house member could be referred as a legislator who
Represents only his family,his political party and friends in the parliament,they are legislators who considers their lageslative duties as adopting the Bills sponsored by another person,they don't attract constituency projects,job opportunities,rather they keep scaming the constituents with online job application.

While a Law maker could be referred as an honorable who is endowed  priotized,and posied to represent issues bothering thier respective constituencies or constituents on the floor with consideration.

HOW MANY PROJECTS HAS  THEY ATTRACTED FOR THEIR CONSTITUENTS,
It's very annoying that most of them are there to always deliberate onthe (jamb cut-off Mark),
It's  recommended that the legislature should constantly undergo training and retraining in order to get acquainted with the parliamentary practices,

Yes' since it's that some persons are elected without experience on the job,how ever the legislators themselves must also be committed to such training program so that the purpose will not  be defeated,

They must always be guided by the yearning and aspirations of the people so that their conducts will reflect their determination to meet the needs of the masses who they represent.

They must not forget that they swore to oath of allegiance and oath of office by which they swore to defend the constitution,
They must wear the moral toga at all times to be able to execute their constitutional mandate on both high and moral pedestal.
